Monika is more than a life coach — she’s a compassionate guide, intuitive healer, and someone who has walked through profound personal loss and deep emotional pain and emerged with a purpose to help others rise from their own life storms and reclaim what’s possible.

The vision for Shores of the Soul was born from Monika’s own healing journey — one marked by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic illness caused by years of unrelenting stress. But her greatest heartbreak came with the loss of her son — a grief that shook her to the core and ultimately led her to a deeper level of healing, surrender, and spiritual awakening.

Through her own path of transformation, Monika discovered not just relief, but a calling: to walk alongside others as they move through life’s transitions — divorce, grief, identity shifts, burnout and the aching question of “What now?”

She brings her life knowledge, deep empathy and training in a wide range of healing modalities — including reiki, shadow work, visualization, neuro-linguistic association, Eastern philosophies, and shamanic energy practices. Monika holds a BA in Psychology, is certified as a Life Coach, Reiki practitioner, Visualization Coach and Shadow Work Coach. She has trained extensively in trauma healing, emotional recovery, and leadership development.

Monika doesn’t just teach transformation — she lives it. She is committed to a healthy, balanced lifestyle that nourishes mind, body, and soul, and she brings that same holistic, heart-led approach to every person she serves. She believes it’s not about become new, it is about feeling empowered by the acknowledging who you already are.
